Great Mystique villa Agios Lazaros, Mykonos, Greece

There’s no great mystery as to what makes a stay at Great Mystique unforgettable: the panoramic views of sea and sunsets, the gorgeous pool, the charming outdoor living areas and a location within a short drive of ten different beaches.

Modern decor and five suite-style bedrooms make the villa bright and comfortable for up to ten guests.

The spacious terrace at Great Mystique stretches along the front of the house, facing the ocean and tempting guests into the sun. There’s a sunny sitting area with a built-in sofa, chaise longues and umbrellas dotted in front of the infinity pool, a pergola-covered dining area, a shaded bar with wood-fired barbecue and sound system, an outdoor shower and a garden. The interiors are just as well-equipped for fun, with a ping-pong table in the recreation room, a fitness room, a satellite TV and sound system and Wi-Fi.

Large windows, an all-white color scheme and an open layout let the Mykonian sunshine bounce around the villa’s living and dining rooms. Stretch out on one of the white sofas around the sleek glass-topped coffee table to watch TV, cozy up to the fireplace or read a selection from the open bookshelves. Meals take on an easy, casual feel in the white canvas-covered dining chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has the same fresh white color scheme and a playfully curved layout.

Each of the five bedrooms at Great Mystique has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. On the villa’s lower level, there’s one bedroom with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor; one has a queen bed, access to the pool terrace and sea views, and the other has a king bed and access to the pool terrace. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, access to a private balcony and sea views.

From the villa’s location in the Agios Lazaros area, it’s about 3 miles to the town of Mykonos, the Mykonos Tennis Club and Mykonos Island National Airport, and 5 miles to the town of Ano Mera. You could spend several days—at least—exploring the nearby beaches, from Agios Stefanos and Grand beaches, about 2 miles away, to Mykonos Paradise Beach, 3 miles away, and Super Paradise Beach, 5 miles away. It’s also well worth the short drive to Agios Sostis and Panormos beaches, 6 miles away, Kalo Livadi Beach, 8 miles away, Elia Beach, 8.5 miles away, and the Kalafati beaches and Lia Beach, both about 9 miles away.

At Akrotiri in a beautiful spot with amazing views of the volcano and the caldera of is situated the beautiful 5-bedroom villa, Michaela Residence.

As you enter from the main door to the living area the beauty reveals in front of your eyes. Colorful paintings, art objects, elegant furnishing, painted walls, wooden ceiling, fire place and stunning views, all in harmony that give the villa a very warm and playful character. You enjoy every moment being in this welcoming environment.

There is also a dining area for 10 persons under a beautiful chandelier.

The living area is equipped with high definition satellite TV, home theater, dvd player, hi fi, lap top computer, wi fi and telephone line open to local calls.

On the same floor a corridor leads to the fully equipped kitchen that has a cozy dining corner. The kitchen walls are painted by a celebrity Greek artist.

On this floor you can find the Lady’s bedroom. It has a romantic wooden double bed, with the famous painting of the red bicycle hanged above it, a vanity dressing area that can hold all the clothes of a lady and a big handcrafted mirror. The bedroom is served from a red bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor is the Master’s bedroom with wooden floor, vaulted ceiling and a massive king size bed. You could even watch the sea from your bed through the window in front of you. All the above combined with art objects, paintings and an art deco arm chair create an atmospheric theater setting in this bedroom.

A spacious dressing area is behind the bed. The bedroom is equipped with a big High definition TV, home theater, DVD player

Next to the Master’s bedroom is the Mezzanine bedroom. That is a bedroom with a white iron double bed exiting to a large terrace with panoramic views. Next to the bed a wooden ladder leads us to a cozy mezzanine with a double mattress. This bedroom is equipped with flat screen TV and dvd player.

On the basement there is a comfortable bedroom suite that receives natural light from a window and has separate entrance to the courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and clothes dryer A bathroom with shower serves this level.

There is also a second bedroom on this lower floor that receives light from the spa room nest door.

The house has a private courtyard with flowers, private infinity pool, fantastic sea views, a shaded lounge area under a pergola and sun beds. The lounge area is atmospheric especially in the night when it is candle lighted and you enjoy unlimited views from every corner of it. Stairs lead us to a large terrace on the upper floor that is equipped with a lounge area with views. On the back of the house there is a BBQ area, a wooden oven and a large wooden dining table overlooking the old Castle of Akrotiri.
