The service is called “Tattoos to Measure”, and it is generously offered by Christian Louboutin to all the brand’s customers. Highly customizable, each pattern will take about three months to be sewn onto your shoes in India and Italy, before being delivered back to your home.

Men and ladies alike can choose from a variety of footwear models and also embroidery techniques for their personal tattoos: Color, Color and Relief, or Outline and Shine. Once you’ve made your choice, the image is sent to the luxury manufacturer’s Paris studio. Here the tattoo is fitted to your shoes before sending them to the actual embroidering stage abroad.

The service is available in a few exclusive locations, including London, Paris, New York, and Los Angeles.
